"Once upon a time, Zeeburg Sports Club was abandoned and left to rot. But then, a group of heroes emerged from the Village of Zeeburg to breathe new life into the club. This band of champions, including Mr. Dhanpaul, Mr. Omar Narine, Avi Dhanpaul, Mr. Raj, Joel Ramsahi, and the late Maxi, took on the daunting task of bringing the club back to its former glory. Against all odds, they managed to get their playing field in top condition and assemble a team of unstoppable athletes. Today, Zeeburg Sports Club is the talk of the West Demerara, and their players are some of the best in the game. In fact, some of their players have even gone on to represent Guyana at the youth level, including the likes of Ronaldo Renee, Malcom Hubbard, and Kelvin Shewpersaud. The club has won too many championships to count, and they've done it all: T10, T20, 50 overs, you name it. Even COVID couldn't stop them, and they're currently tearing up the finals for the Odessy Tour 50 Overs and the Royalty Vibes T20. Best of all, the club is now being supported by Phoenix CC NY, who are providing them with all the gear they need to keep winning for years to come."
